I would also get envirozon with that… those will help to detox as well and those 2 are much better for your skin than just buying vitamins.
got it! i actually saw a bunch of your videos and was convinced that i wont buy the acnEase pills. so when was watching a couple of ur video i wrote down what should i take and want to ask few questions to double check:
1) i will buy probiotics to kill the bad bacteria and i want it in a pill form so wt do u recommend? 2) i will buy the fiberzon plus. is it the same as the powder? when can i use it? 3) will buy vitamin E,C,A,B5 in pill form.it that okay? and finally will drink smoothies! 🙂
bacteria and oil production yes, to some degree… but what causes bacteria and what causes too much oil production? that’s what and why I teach… the causes are deeper… this is why diet, cleansing with herbs and all natural skincare (all 3) are important.
yaa. iam actually still not sure if iam buying it! but the thing is these herbs that you recomended get red of toxins in our system. how about the two main causes of acne ( bacteria and oil production)?

after watching your videos i have been eating more of fruits and vegetables. i stopped alot of junk food and i ONLY use natural skin care products on my face. it helped but i was looking for a All natural/botanical pills to help speed up the process. one of my fav youtubers ( she has acne too/ makeup artist) recommended a Naturall acne pills called AcnEase! it helped her and she said it works on stoping the overproduction of oil. what do u think? thanks! <3

Why is it that some people can eat shit all day and never get a pimple and i can eat perfectly all day and eat 1 candy or something small and break the next day EVERY TIME??
